Founded in 1997 by a German company, Rahmer Jansen
GmbH (since 2006 Raja Love Joy), as a 100 % subsidiary
and manufacture of hydraulic oil tanks and accessories. In
2004, the company was joined by Czech investors as majority
owners; since 2008, the company has been owned exclusively
by Czech investors.
As a result of the Czech investors’ takeover, the Company’s
management has completely changed and gradual
modifications have been made in the corporate management
style, setting up of solid provisions for the technical personnel,
organization of production, and above all innovation of the
technologies used, in order to ensure production effectiveness
and competitiveness of our products and address the ever
increasing expectations of our long-term customers.
In the course of the most recent years, we have managed
to rebuild and modernize our production as well as non-
production premises, step by step, with the aim of augmenting
our production capacity.
The Company’s main activity is manufacturing of hydraulic oil
tanks, load-bearing frames, and other accessories for hydraulic
systems. A part of the production program consists of the
Company’s own production program that involves manufacture
of standardized tanks and tubs according to our own project
documentation. A significant portion of the Company’s
production forms made-to-order production, according to our
customers’ specific requirements. Ever since its establishment,
the Company has operated a machining division that initially
functioned as a support unit for the production of hydraulic
tanks and accessories (e.g., machining of hydraulic couplings,
flanges, etc.). As the Company had to respond to the needs
of the market, this division has gradually developed into a
sophisticated metal machining facility outfitted with CNC
technology with main orientation on machining aluminum
castings primarily for external contractual customers.
Our production centers are located in the Czech Republic -
in Osová Bítýška (Metal Workshops Division – Kovovýroba)
and Lomnička u Tišnova (Metal Machining Division –
Kovoobrábění), and the administrative center is in Brno – all in
the South-Moravian Region.
The Company’s marketing endeavors focus on customers
in the EU countries – consequently, most of our production
is designated for export. As the majority of our customers
are leading global manufacturers of hydraulic systems, high
quality of the products we deliver is an absolute prerequisite.
Conformity to the ISO 9001:2001 quality management
standards and constant improvement of our quality assurance
system therefore form an integral part of our production;
moreover, we are planning to implement the ISO 14 001
system as proof of our effort to protect the environment.
Unsere Gesellschaft wurde 1997 von der deutschen Firma
Rahmen Jansen GmbH (seit 2006 Raja Love Joy) als eine 100
% Tochtergesellschaft gegründet, die sich mit der Produktion
von Hydraulikölbehältern sowie Zubehörteilen beschäftigte.
2004 traten tschechische Investoren als Majoritätseigentümer
in die Firma ein, und seit 2008 liegt die Firma ausschließlich im
Besitz von tschechischen Investoren.
Nach dem Eintritt der tschechischen Investoren in die
Gesellschaft erfolgte ein vollständiger Wechsel in der
Geschäftsleitung und im Anschluss daran kam es zu weiteren
allmählichen Änderungen bei der Unternehmenssteuerung,
wobei auch entsprechendes Umfeld für die Mitarbeiter
der technischen Abteilung, Fertigungsorganisation sowie
für die Innovation von angewandten Technologien so
ausgebaut wurde, damit die Produktionseffizienz und die
Wettbewerbsfähigkeit unserer Produkte bei den sich immer
steigernden Ansprüchen unserer langjährigen Kunden
sichergestellt werden.
Im Verlauf der letzter Jahre gelang es uns, die Produktions-
und Nebenräume allmählich so umzubauen und modern zu
gestalten, damit die Produktionskapazitäten erhöht werden
können.
Unsere Aktivitäten sind auf Maschinenbau ausgerichtet, wobei
der Schwerpunkt bei der Produktion von Hydraulikölbehältern,
Tragrahmen
sowie
weiteren
Zubehörteilen
für
Hydrauliksysteme liegt. Ein Teil unserer Produktion stellt
werkeigenes Produktionsprogramm dar: d.h. die Produktion
von standardisierten Behältern und Ölwannen nach eigener
Projektdokumentation. Ein bedeutender Teil der Produktion
ist die Einzelfertigung laut spezifischer Anforderungen unserer
Kunden.
Bereits seit der Gründung gilt die Division Metallbearbeitung
als Bestandteil unserer Gesellschaft. Ursprünglich wurde
diese Fertigung auf die Unterstützung des Stahltankbereichs
sowie Stahltankzubehörs (z.B. Zerspanung von hydraulischen
Kupplungen, Flanschen u.ä.) ausgerichtet. Dank der
erfolgreichen Weiterentwicklung unserer Gesellschaft verfügt
diese Division über CNC-gesteuerte Bearbeitungszentren,
die bei der Bearbeitung von Aluminiumgussteilen eingesetzt
werden, wobei diese Produktion namentlich für unsere externe
Kunden vorgesehen ist.
Unsere Produktionsräume befinden sich in der Tschechischen
Republik, in der Südmährischen Region, in den Ortschaften
Osová Bítýška (Division Stahlbau) und Lomnička u Tišnova
(Division Metallbearbeitung). Der Sitz der Gesellschaft ist Brno
(Brünn).
Die Unternehmensaktivitäten der Gesellschaft sind auf
Kunden aus den EU-Ländern ausgerichtet, die meisten
Produkte sind für Export außerhalb der Tschechischen
Republik vorgesehen. Einen bedeutenden Kundenanteil bilden
die führenden weltweit agierenden Marktführer im Bereich der
Hydrauliksysteme; daraus ergeben sich hohe Ansprüche auf
die Qualität unserer Produkte.
Das Qualitätsmanagementsystem ISO 9001:2001 und seine
ständige Verbesserung sind für uns selbstverständlich, sowie
auch die vorgesehene Einführung des Systems ISO 14 001
bzgl. Umweltschutz.
